The Rams (12-2, 13-3 overall) got down to business immediately as the rain delayed game with Methacton resumed on Tuesday at Rams Stadium, when Tom Grablewski led off the fifth inning with a triple and scored on a wild pitch to tie the game at two.
The Warriors (10-4) struck in the top of the sixth as Nick Fazio led off the inning with a single back through the box and quickly stole second as he got a great jump on Spring-Ford’s Pat Medley, who assumed the pitching duties en lieu of Richie Michaud.
Fazio scored the go ahead run beating the throw home, when Dave Toomey who drove in three runs in the game, dropped a bunt down the line with two outs.
