Owners: "RainDance is a collaborative Team built on passion. Founded by Jesse and Genia Silva, RainDance is a collective group of amazing coaches, instructors, holistic practitioners, support staff where we all take an active role in our company by sharing our unique gifts and helping us execute our combined vision of creating community, compassion and connection starting from within where we believe everyone is capable of living authentic fulfilling lives and we are doing everything we can to get them there, Mind Body and Spirit. Not one of us alone runs RainDance, but together we ARE RainDance."

How did you come up with the name?

"The name RainDance originates from one of our favorite quotes. 'Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.' Because, at the end of the day, isn't it?"

Why start a business in this town?

"Royersford is a beautiful town! The majority of our team are so proud to call Royersford home and enjoy being part of this great community, so it was natural move to make Royersford RainDance's business home as well and to give back to our neighbors who have welcomed us with open hearts and arms."

What business are you in?

"RainDance Mind Body Spirit is a holistic center that provides complimentary healing modalities focused on leading our clients to balance and blending of Mind Body and Spirit for a fully integrated, joyful and inspired life."

What’s the most difficult challenge you have faced a business owner??

"Starting our own business was a terrifying and exciting leap of faith. The struggle has been real but so very worth it! The most challenging aspect of owning our own business has been really being mindful of our time management and dedicating/scheduling time off."

What’s been your proudest achievement since opening?

"We have seen so many beautiful transformations on our journey. Our mission statement pretty much sums it up, and we have been blessed to begin and end each day with gratitude for all of those who we have met and those we have yet to meet on our path."

How does your business give back to the community?

"We offer various weekly and monthly groups focused on building community and connection at no charge for the community. We also provide many low cost workshops at our center for those looking to embrace their personal power. Most recently, we have partnered with “Project Keep Warm” that collects and distributes clothing to those in need in our community."

"We are here to inspire, empower and positively impact all whose lives we touch. We believe completely in putting ourselves into action where we can grow and enhance people’s lives. Our mission and ultimate vision is to help others break through the limitations holding them back and lead them on a path to unlock the greatness that is already inside of them."
