Royersford Will Host Several Beer Gardens This Summer

ROYERSFORD, PA — Several exciting outdoor events are planned in Royersford this summer.

It was already announced that Philadephia's popular traveling beer garden, Parks on Tap, had been picked up by the Schuylkill River Greenways. That event is coming to Royersford, as well as several other Montgomery County towns.

But it will now be in Royersford for two weeks: July 17-21, and July 24-28.

In addition, Sacred Heart Fair will hold a beer garden featuring nightly live entertainment on July 10 through July 13, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. (11 p.m. on Friday night).

THat makes three straight weeks of beer garden events in Royersford.

In addition to local craft beers, Parks on Tap offers food, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages in a family friendly environment. The set-up will include various comfortable chairs, hammocks, and restrooms.

Free bike sharing and kayaking will also be offered as part of the Parks on Tap event, on Saturdays and Sundays.
