Royersford Plans To Build Boat Ramp On Schuylkill River

ROYERSFORD, PA -- The borough of Royersford is planning on building a boat ramp on the Schuylkill River, officials announced.

The small boat ramp, which can also be utilized by kayaks, will be located on 1st Aenue and Arch Street.

Officials said that the project was being executed in partnership with the Hill School.

"Adding new recreation offerings came as a result of the hard work of the Comprehensive Master Plan team," the borough said in a statement.

Officials did not say when they hoped to have the ramp completed.
