Sex Offender With Ties To Spring City Failed To Register: Sheriff
The fugitive also failed to attend sex offender treatment and did not reside at a court-approved address, officials said.

SPRING CITY, PA — A former resident of Spring City who was convicted of statutory sexual assault is wanted by authorities after failing to register as a sex offender, the Chester County Sheriff's Office said.
Manuel Garcia Lorenzo, 41, was put behind bars nearly 20 years ago after having sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl, officials said.
Then a Coatesville resident, Lorenzo was sentenced to four to eight years behind bars.

Once he was paroled, however, officials said, he immediately began violating conditions of his 10-year probation period.
Violations inclue failure to attend mandatory sex-offender treatment, failure to live at court-approve addresses, and failure to pay various court costs and fines.

A warrant for his arrest was issued in March 2017.
