SF College/Career Fair Offers Many Choices

The following was submitted by Phil Ellingsworth Jr., representing the Spring-Ford Area School District:

ROYERSFORD — College-bound students can get a glimpse of what universities are available to them during the annual Spring College/Career Fair being held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 28 in the high school’s main gymnasium.

College admissions representatives from approximately 100 different two- and four-year universities from across the state and country will be in attendance to speak one-on-one with students and parents, and answer their questions about the programs they offer, campus life and the admissions process.

Some of the representatives from colleges, universities and trade schools that will be in attendance include:

• Penn State University
• University of Pittsburgh
• Colgate University
• Temple University
• University of Alabama
• Lafayette College
• Albright College
• Kutztown University
• Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks

Additionally, military recruiters and Job Corps will be in attendance at the event.

Parents and students from surrounding area schools are welcome to attend the Spring College/Career Fair.
