ROYERSFORD — The Theater Department will present its spring musical, “Bye Bye Birdie” to the community during two 7:30 p.m. showings on Friday, March 30 and Saturday, March 31 that will take place in the auditorium of the Spring-Ford High School 10-12 Grade Center, located at 350 South Lewis Road in Royersford.
The 40-person cast of Spring-Ford students in ninth- through 12th-grade will entertain the audience for 2 ½-hours with plenty of high-energy music, exciting choreography and a memorable storyline that tells the tale of a rock ‘n’ roll singer Conrad Birdie and those closest to him. Conrad, who is ready to be drafted into the Army and shipped overseas, has a publicity stunt formulated for him that will give his fans a new song before he leaves.
