SCHWENKSVILLE, PA — Crews battled a sofa fire on the side of a road in Schwenksville on Wednesday evening, authorities said.The incident occurred at around 6:17 p.m. on School Road. Linfield Fire Company No. 1 and Limerick Fire Company responded to the scene and quelled the blaze. The fire spread to some nearby brush but was ultimately contained and extinguished. SCHWENKSVILLE, PA — Crews battled a sofa fire on the side of a road in Schwenksville on Wednesday evening, authorities said.

The incident occurred at around 6:17 p.m. on School Road. Linfield Fire Company No. 1 and Limerick Fire Company responded to the scene and quelled the blaze.

The fire spread to some nearby brush but was ultimately contained and extinguished. No injuries were reported.
