Spring City Legion Defeats Conestoga

BERWYN — Spring City and Conestoga each scored in their first at-bats, then not through the next two.

But that close encounter between the two American Legion baseball teams ended in the fourth. And it went in the favor of the Red Sox, who rode a big outburst to a 6-1 victory over the Chester County League hosts.
