Spring City Man Among Absconded Sexual Predators In Chester County

SPRING CITY, PA — A total of ten sexual offenders from Chester County have either absconded or have been noncompliant with

Non-compliant offenders have failed to report their address to state police as required by Megan's Law. This includes offenders who have not reported to authorities when they move, start a new job, or begin school.

Absconded offenders are noncompliant individuals who have had their case reviewed by law enforcement, who in turn determined to issue a warrant for their arrest.

Noncompliance is a felony crime in Pennsylvania.

Below is the list of missing offenders in Chester County:

• Norman Charles Mitchell, East Fallowfield (non-compliant)

• Carlos R. Rivera, South Coatesville (absconded)

• James Herman Tidmore, Phoenixville (non-compliant)

• Anthony George Veguilla, Coatesville (non-compliant)

• Michael Glen Vickers, Coatesville (absconded)

• Terrence Fordham, Coatesville (absconded)

• Curtis Allan Gray, Spring City (absconded)

• Eric Leslie Burrus, Coatesville (non-compliant)

• Geoffrey Hastings Campbell, Coatesville (non-compliant)

• Troy Cliff Dugger III, Caln (non-compliant)
