Spring City Man Charged With Robbery, Assault Captured: Police

Police had an active warrant out for the man for weeks.

SPRING CITY, PA — A Spring City man wanted for numerous robbery and assault charges was captured last week, police said.

Sabri Noel was arrested on Friday, March 29 without incident, police said.

Noel was wanted for an incident that occurred on the 300 block of Bridge Street on Sunday, March 24.

Details on exactly what transpired have not been provided by authorities, but the array of charges against him give some indication: aggravated assault, robbery, simple assault, false imprisonment, unlawful restraint, harassment, inflict or threaten bodily injury, and driving while license is suspended or revoked.

"Noel and the victim are known to each other and there is no threat or concern to the surrounding public," police added when they originally announced his arrest warrant.

Noel was taken to Montgomery County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
