Spring City Man 'Most Wanted' For Two DUI Counts: Sheriff

SPRING CITY, PA — A Spring City man is among the most wanted criminal fugitives in Montgomery County, the Sheriff's Office announced.
Brian Dunphy Jr., 29, is wanted for two counts of DUI, including DUI highest rate, authorities said.
His last known address is 246 Yost Avenue in Spring City. He also had an address in the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia at 4346 Pechin Street.

Warrants for his arrest were issued in 2016.
