Spring City Police Chief Kuklinski Announces He's Leaving
There will be a changing of the guard in Spring City.

SPRING CITY, PA — There will be a changing of the guard in Spring City.
Police Chief Anthony Kuklinski has announced that he's moving on, accepting a position as chief of police with the Hamburg Borough Police Department.
"This was a hard decision to make," Kuklinski said in an announcement. "All of you made it easy to feel a part of the community. I enjoyed the friendship, fellowship, openness and sense of civic support the residents of Spring City possess."

Kuklinski has been serving the department as chief for six years. In his announcement, he pointed to "tremendous strides" Spring City has taken in recent years, from the new library, new businesses, and the 150th anniversary celebration.
"I only have kind words to continued prayers to offer for all of your continued endeavors and wish you all the best of luck in the future," he added. "I take with me, fond memories and life experiences that have helped me grow as a person and a public official."
