Spring-Ford 10U Wins States, On To Regions
State baseball tournament concluded last night with the Spring-Ford 10-and-under team taking the glory and moving on to the Cal Ripken Regional Tournament.
The 10-and-under Spring-Ford team will move on to the July 29 Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament for Cal Ripkin ball, hosted by the Spring-Ford Youth Athletic League.
The win came at the tournament's conclusion last night, after a five- day extravaganza. The Rams defeated Douglassville, 9-3, in the finals.
In other leagues, Kimberton won the 12-and-under league, while Audubon won the eight-and-under league. They will also play in regional tournaments.
