The new Mustang 4cyl or V8 they have power

A lot of auto sites have discussed the appearance of the new 'Stang like beating a dead horse. Yes, we know it looks Aston Martin'ish . You may have even heard it has independent rear suspension (IRS) for the first time, if you look a little further and embrace advancement in technology and design. This is not just a mustang with a new body ford keeps showing you that they do not just sit by and not advance. This mustang like it or not is one of the best ones built and not just a car it can be a race car with a little work. To be a global car, not everyone around the world will opt for a brutish 420hp(ish) V8, but rather a fuel-sipping four banger. Rental companies will receive a V6 matching the turbo four's power output. Indeed, there will be a Mustang for everyone's taste. The 2.3 liter EcoBoost are for those that weren't previously interested in the Mustang. It will come factory tuned with "at least 305" horses. We have to admit, it's going to be pretty cool to see a Mustang leaving the local Sonic and hearing a whoosh between shifts. It's not new ('79 Mustang and Mustang SVO after that) to have a turbocharged Mustang, but definitely cool for the new generation kids to experience and have fun extracting more power. Ford's powertrain VP Bob Fascetti said the new model's EcoBoost four has the right numbers to excite drivers. "Because it's fun to drive, the torque is there right away, we really anticipate that when a customer gets in it, they're going to like it," he said. That sparked plenty of questions from automotive journalists about the current V6. "The naturally aspirated V6 has been very good for us in North America, so there's still a good market for that engine. However, when we look globally, we think the 2.3 (EcoBoost) is a better answer." There are currently no plans to turbo the 5.0 even in the tightening emissions legislation which heavily favors turbo engine. "We can meet emissions with the five liter, that's not an issue," Fascetti said. So like it or hate you have to appreciate it they keep making them better.
