A look at the top five matchups this week in Spring-Ford High School sports.
The mighty beast still stands tall in the Owen J. Roberts wrestling team after Spring-Ford couldn't come up with a win on Saturday. That loss is the Rams' only loss in the PAC-10 this year, so they will look to finish the season strong, with District Duals intertwining itself in the schedule this weekend.
In other sports, the basketball teams are still in PAC-10 championship contention - the girls squad remains undefeated in the conference. Winter Track also continues to prep for states.

1. Winter Track in Shot Put Night at The Valley (Wednesday, 6 p.m., Perkiomen Valley High School) - This is a field-only event, and the Rams have no other action on the schedule until Feb. 11. So, take this one in and enjoy it Track fans!
2. Wrestling @ Methacton High School (Wednesday, 6 p.m.) - After a tough loss to arguably one of the top teams in the state over the weekend, Spring-Ford will look to bounce back in inter-league play against PAC-10 rival Methacton. They won't want to look past this one with District Duals continuing on Friday.

3. Boys Basketball @ Owen J. Roberts (Thursday, 7:30 p.m.) - The Rams dominated the Wildcats in the first outing at home, 71-46 after a huge second-half performance. Every win counts for Spring-Ford now, as they have all PAC-10 games left to play.
4. Girls Basketball vs. Owen J. Roberts (Thursday, 7:30 p.m.) - A 74-21 squash in the early-season matchup on the road may bring revenge to the hearts of the Lady Wildcats. But, the Rams are strong this year, only losing two of 20 games so far. They'll host OJR this time around. It will be Spring-Ford Lady Rams Senior Night, as well, where they'll honor three outgoing seniors.
5. Wrestling in District Duals (Friday, 6 p.m.) - Wrestling takes on Pennsbury in the second round of District Duals on Friday night. Pennsbury is 11-6 on the season, while the Rams only have two losses.
