Truck Crashes Through Limerick Hardware Store
A truck crashed through the side of the Limerick Hardware building, authorities said.

LIMERICK, PA — A truck crashed through the side of the Limerick Hardware building on Thursday, authorities said.
The incident occurred at around 8:44 a.m. at 712 W. Ridge Pike.
Authorities said the driver lost control of his vehicle and veered from the parking lot and through the side wall of the store.

The pickup plowed through aisles, collapsing shelving, before coming to a rest.
No one was injured during the incident.

First responders were able to remove the damaged side wall and remove the truck while limiting further damage.
It's not yet clear what caused the driver to lose control of the truck, but criminal intent is not suspected.
Limerick Fire Company, Limerick Police, and Linfield Fire Company No. 1 were among the units to respond to the scene.
