Victim Of Fatal Crash Was Limerick Woman: Report

The horrific accident in which five people were injured and three were airlifted claimed the life of a woman from Limerick.

The victim of a fatal crash in New Hanover Township has been identified as a Limerick woman, according to a report.

Mary Kriens, 51, died due to multiple blunt force injuries in the accident on Friday at about 8:40 a.m. on Swamp Pike and Romig Road, the report states.

Five individuals were injured in the three vehicle crash, and three of them were airlifted from the scene, according to the Pottstown Mercury.

The authorities are still investigating the accident, and the district attorney’s office stated that it could be ongoing for weeks as they determine whether any charges will be filed, the report states.
