Water Main Breaks In Royersford

ROYERSFORD, PA — A water main broke in Royersford Saturday morning, affecting water service in parts of the borough.

The borough said that the break occurred near North 5th Avenue and Chestnut Street sometime around 10 a.m.

Homes on the north side of town have had their service affected.

Pennsylvania American Water crews are on the scene and working on repairing the break.

It's not yet known how long service might be down.
