• Stoney Point Premium Snacks builds on butchering legacy (meatpoultry.com) — A Littlestown-based family business, Stoney Point Premium Snacks, has grown from a small butcher shop into a major jerky producer employing more than 80 people and processing up to 50,000 pounds of meat weekly. The company, rooted in four generations of local butchering, now supplies big chains like Sheetz and Wawa, is expanding its facilities, and is developing innovative products like protein chips and pet treats.
