Why/how did you choose your business location?  
The area is growing with many new corporate executives and families in need of a good car service....but mostly...we just LOVE it here!

How long have you been in business?  
10-plus years

What makes your business different from the competition?  
We show up on time. We never disappoint a client by saying no. Our drivers are vetted professionals that understand the immense responsibility of the lives that ride with them. Our office and drivers truly care about the level of service and respect that a client is looking for when hiring a professional car service. We stand behind a code of conduct that no other company does. We have beautiful, well-maintained luxury-class vehicles that are kept clean and safe.

What is the most rewarding part of your business? 
A good review or word-of-mouth business from a client.

What’s the hardest part of your business?  
Scheduling and cost management 

Where do you hope to see your business in the future? 
We aren't looking to get huge with immense stretch limos and buses. We are looking to cater to a very select group of upper-class VIP-type residences in our area that travel for work or personal recreation. We look forward to providing exemplary ground transportation to anyone that expects nothing but perfection on a trip. 

What’s the best business advice you’ve ever received? 
Never give up on yourself. Don't go knee-deep in debt for any business purpose! 

What business advice would you give to someone else looking to do what you do? 
Punctuality is the key. Listening skills is a must! Paying your drivers the right salary keeps only the good guys around. Don't be cheap, it shows! The way you sound over the phone, is the way you will look in a potential client's head, so be kind and talk like a respected business professional! Always follow up with a client's request and keep your promise! 

Do you have a role model for what you do?
My husband, who is possibly the most honest, knowledgeable, professional man I know. He lives by a set of morals that we should all live by. He see's in people their own personal struggles and thoughts and has understanding for everyone. 

What do you do when you aren't working?  
I have kids....and I'm always working!
