  • Further discussion on proposed Mixed Use ordinance for the township. These are very important discussions as this ordinance would be an important component of initiating smart growth principle in the township.

  • Liberty at Mill Creek -  A subdivision of undeveloped Air products land (several hundred acres) on either side of Mill Creek Road to eventually be developed as a warehouse project.  The planning commission ia discussing the subdivision and scope of work for the traffic study.  Most of the property is in Upper Macungie Township however parts are in LMT. 

  • - Another proposal where the majority of the land is located in Upper Milford and Emmaus. Concern for LMT is traffic on Township Roads and possible trail from Camp Olympic into Emmaus on the undeveloped portion of the site. Traffic study scoping and comments on sketch land use plan.  

  • Lehigh Valley South Industrial Park - This warehouse project is on the northwest corner of Schoenersville Road and Industrial Park Way across from Allen distribution.
