This Week at the Library
This week's programs at the library and a wrap up from Community Day!
Last week was a fun, busy week on the township complex! Tuesday especially, with the Community Day event! We hosted the end-of-book-sale bag sale and a coloring contest… both well attended, thanks to you! I ran around stickering kids during the start of the community day and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves as usual! We had the repeat good times of the PhotoBooth, petting zoo, bounce house and vendor exhibit in the gym, but this year’s new features like the rock wall and games for adults were big hits as well!
We posted pictures to our Facebook page if you want to see some of the behind the scenes and during the event fun! There’s also a link on our page to the PhotoBooth company’s album from that night we posted the end of last week. Check it out!
Now this week’s programs and events…

Alburtis had a big Centennial celebration over the weekend.
And we also did some updating of our Facebook page in the past couple of weeks. Check out the additions of a direct link to our OverDrive site, Pinterest boards and our new GoodReads group, all from the tabs under our cover picture. The GoodReads group is new, so join that and get/give some good reading recommendations to your neighbors!
