This Week at the Library: Jack-0-Lanterns and Costumes

Find out what's happening this week at the library.

Fall fully arrived this weekend with the double digit drop in temperatures! We’ve also got that crisp, sometimes smoky smell to the air going on that just screams Fall to me. To wrap up something from September, congratulations to new library card holder and $25 Pickles Steakhouse gift card winner Dolores Derewicz!

This week is an off week from preschool storytimes before the next 5 week cycle starts next week, so there aren’t as many programs, but if any of the storytime kids who still make it into the library can come find me to say hi and help find books!

Now on for this week!

Hope you’re anticipating Fall and all the fun of pumpkin patches, corn mazes and costumes! We have some programs going on related to the season as well, including a Jack-o-Lantern program for elementary school age on October 22nd and a Halloween Storytime on the 27th where kids can come dressed in their costume and I’ll hand out some candy. So stop in or contact us for details for any of these upcoming programs as well. We hope to see you in sometime this week!
