This Week at the Library: Winter Information
Getting into the holiday season at the library! See what's coming up this week and in early December!

The holiday season has begun. Hopefully everyone enjoyed a wonderful time with family and friends the past week! After an atypical week last week, we’re ready to get back to business the last month or so of 2012!
Before I get into this week’s activities, I want to give some general “winter season” information, since there’s already talk of some snow this week. First, any delayed openings, early closings or full day closings will be communicated on our website, Facebook page and WFMZ, so make sure you check one of those places before making a trek in when it snows. Second, we make our own decision independent of East Penn School District, although their decision will impact any children’s programs occurring that day. Any morning program would be cancelled should East Penn have a delay, afternoon or evening programs would be cancelled if they have an early dismissal, and all programs would be cancelled should they be closed all day. Third, should we close for winter weather, or any other unexpected reason, no items would be due that day and no fines will accrue for the day(s) we’re closed. You can stay home safe with a day’s extension for your materials. Please note, we cannot change that day in our system to “closed” until we return so if you check your account online prior to our re-opening, it may still look like your items are overdue or have additional fines.
Now, on to this week!
