East Penn Continues to Play and Make Up Rain-Outs

The spring schedule has been a soggy one so far.

The following Emmaus Hornet athletic teams will be in action this week as a busy spring season continues to be even busier thanks to lots of rain:

Monday, April 25

Tennis: Varsity travels to Bethlehem Catholic for a match at 10 a.m.

Baseball: Varsity competes in the Don Hunt LVC Challenge against Central Catholic at 3 p.m. at Coca Cola Park in Allentown.

Softball: Varsity travels to Central Catholic for a game at 6 p.m.

Tuesday, April 26

Tennis: Varsity hosts Central Catholic for a match at 3:30 p.m.

Track: Varsity boys and girls travel to BASD Stadium to compete against Nazareth and Liberty for a meet at 3:30 p.m.

Baseball: Varsity hosts Easton for a game at 4 p.m., while JV travels to Easton for a game at 4 p.m.

Softball: Varsity hosts Easton for a game at 6 p.m., while JV travels to Easton for a game at 4 p.m. Eyer hosts East Hills for a middle school game at 4 p.m. and Lower Macungie travels to Whitehall for a game at 4 p.m.

Girls’ Lacrosse: Varsity hosts Saucon Valley for a match at 4 p.m., and JV follows at 5:30 p.m.

Boys’ Lacrosse: JV travels to Freedom for a match at 4 p.m.

Boys’ Volleyball: Varsity travels to Liberty for a match at 5:30 p.m., and JV plays at 4 p.m.

 

Wednesday, April 27

Boys’ Lacrosse: Varsity travels to Allen for a match at 7:15 p.m., while JV plays at 5:45 p.m.

Girls’ Soccer: Varsity hosts Freedom for a game at 7:00 p.m., and JV plays at 5:15 p.m.

Tennis: Varsity travels to Allen for a match at 4:30 p.m.

Boys’ Volleyball: Lower Macungie Middle School hosts Orefield Middle School for a match at 4 p.m., while Eyer hosts Whitehall for a match at 4 p.m.

Softball: Lower Macungie travels to Nitschmann for a game at 4 p.m.

 

Thursday, April 28

Tennis: Varsity competes in the LVC Tournament at 8 a.m. at Freedom.

Baseball: Varsity travels to Liberty for a game at 4 p.m., while JV plays at home against Liberty at 4 p.m.

Softball: Varsity travels Liberty for a game at 4 p.m., while JV plays at home against Liberty at 4 p.m. Eyer travels to South Mountain for a game at 4 p.m. and Lower Macungie hosts Easton for a game at 4 p.m.

Girls’ Soccer: Varsity travels to Allen for a game at 7 p.m., while JV plays at 5:30 p.m.

Boys’ Volleyball: Varsity hosts Bethlehem Catholic for a match at 7 p.m., and JV plays at 5:30 p.m.

 

Friday, April 29

Track: Boys and girls compete in Allen Invitational meet at 2:30 p.m.

Baseball: Varsity travels to Northampton for a game at 4 p.m., while JV hosts at 4 p.m.

Boys’ Volleyball: JV competes in the Falcon Classic at 4 p.m. at Cedar Crest High School in Lebanon. Eyer travels to Orefield for a match at 4 p.m. and Lower Macungie travels to Whitehall for a match at 4 p.m.

Boys’ Lacrosse: Varsity hosts Easton for a match at 7:15 p.m., and JV plays at 5:30 p.m.

 

Saturday, April 30

Boys’ Volleyball: Varsity competes in the Quakertown Invitational at 8:30 a.m. at Quakertown High School.

Girls’ Lacrosse: Varsity travels to Council Rock for a match at noon, and JV plays at 10 a.m.

Girls’ Soccer: Varsity hosts Penn Manor for a game at 1 p.m., and JV plays at 11 a.m.

Boys’ Lacrosse: Varsity competes in the Katie Samson Festival against St. Joe’s Prep at Radnor High School at 11:30 a.m.
