HC TIF UPDATES

UPDATE: My analysis was correct. Participation in the TIF of all three local governments was not necessary both from the legal and economic standpoints. The only thing that has changed since then is that LMT had chosen to implement a small property tax, making its participation in TIF 2% and EPSD's 98%. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- "The Lehigh County Industrial Development Authority, which developed the TIF plan, wrote to the school district and township late last month saying that it was no longer seeking the county's participation in the tax financing district."
