Jaindl Will Appeal Court Ruling On Zoning
County judge's ruling threw a wrench in developer's plans
David Jaindl intends to challenge a county court decision that affects a land development project he is pursuing in Lower Macungie Township, according to this Morning Call report.
Lehigh County Judge Michele Varricchio that the zoning ordinance that would allow David Jaindl to build a mix of warehouses, commercial buildings and hundreds of homes on 600 acres of prime Lower Macungie farmland is invalid.
