MACUNGIE HOLIDAY will be celebrated in the Borough of Macungie, Saturday, December 14, 2013 9 am - 3 pm with family fun, food and holiday activities throughout the Borough. Two FREE Holiday Trolleys will transport visitors to most venues including: Macungie Institute -- Farmers Market Vendors, Historical Society Museum OPEN HOUSE and Train Displays, Photos with Santa & Mrs. Claus and "Jasper the Bear;" Macungie Memorial Park -- Holiday Crafts Show, Christmas Cookies Sale, horse pulled Surrey rides through the Park; Kalmbach Memorial Park -- Gingerbread Displays; Eyer Middle School -- FREE performances of "Nutcracker Highlights" with dancers from Coral Nolan's Academy of Dance; Pet Photos with Santa at Macungie Animal Hospital; special events and activities at local churches, businesses and Macungie Fire Station.
