Hope you’ve all enjoyed some extra time with your family and friends over the holidays… just one more to go this year: New Years! Lots happened in 2013, but hopefully we’re all looking forward to a great 2014!
Again this week our hours are different, but there are no programs going on. Just look for the hours listed after each day to see when we’re open this week. Plenty of items to come in for though to keep you entertained into the new year!

This week at the library…
Monday: Open normal hours until 9pm

Tuesday: Open from 10am to 2pm.
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: Open at 10am until 8pm
Friday: Open 9am-5pm
Saturday: Open 9am-5pm
As I’ve been doing, I’m including our closing policy since we’re in that time of year.
We operate independent of the East Penn School District in our own delays and closings decisions, meaning even if EPSD is closed one day, we may still open or open late. However, as far as children’s programs go, we take a cue from East Penn: If EPSD has a two hour delay, morning programs are cancelled. If EPSD has an early dismissal, afternoon and evening programs are cancelled. If EPSD is closed for the day, all children’s programs are cancelled. You can find the library’s winter weather delay and closing information by checking our website (www.lowermaclib.org) which will have a gray banner across the top with any information, on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/lowermacungielibrary), or on WFMZ.
