On Wednesday's New Year's Day holiday, the following locations and services will be unavailable:

• East Penn School District schools and offices

• Lower Macungie Township and Macungie Borough government offices

• Trash and recycling pickup

• Lower Macungie Township Library

• Banks

• Post offices

• State wine and spirits shops

• FedEx and UPS services

• Lehigh County offices and courts
