Court Date Set for Tasered Man in Lower Moreland
Orlando Fioravanti faces a long list of charges after an incident that occurred on March 14 at St. Albert's Circle in Huntingdon Valley.

On Thursday, March 22, 'God' will be at the mercy of Magisterial District Judge Jay Friedenberg.
That's when the Warminster man, who , will have his court hearing at 10 a.m.
According to court documents, Orlando Fioravanti, 41, faces the following charges:

- Defiant Trespassing Posted
- Criminal Mischief - Damage Property

- Terroristic Threats w/ Intent To Terrorize Another
Fioravanti broke down the front door of a Lower Moreland resident's home last week at St. Albert's Circle. When officers arrived on scene, Fioravanti told them that he was God and threatened to kill any officer if they touched him.
LMPD was forced to use a taser on the man to take him into custody.

He did not post the $5,000 bail that was set and remains in Montgomery County Prison.
