$43,000 Watch Stolen In Montgomery County: Police

Wristwatches nearly on par with the state's average yearly salary are indeed for sale in southeastern Pennsylvania.

UPPER MERION, PA — A man stole a wristwatch valued at $43,500 from a boutique store inside the King of Prussia Mall last month, police announced on Tuesday.

The incident occurred on Saturday, Sept. 30 at around 7:36 p.m. at the Breitling store.

The suspect, pictured above, asked a store employee to see a specific watch. The employee brought out a watch called a Breitling Super Chronomat B01 44, and the man took off with it, police said.

The suspect was last seen running through the mall toward Nordstrom's.

The man is believed to be between 20 and 30-years-old and was last seen with a beard, black jacket, white t-shirt, and a black baseball cap.
