Allergy Kids Event - Feel Good Forum

Please join FEAST of the Main Line and PHACT of Chester County on Sunday, December 1 from 12:30 pm to 4 pm for our first ever Feel Good Forum offering an afternoon of short 20-minute "try-it" sessions for children with food allergies at The Center on Central in Paoli, PA.  

Planned activities will include:
-Art
-Music
-Yoga
-Movement
-Talk it Out
-Laugh Out Loud 

Each activity will be lead by a trained professional.  

This special day will be focused on children with food allergies and different ways to:
-reduce stress and anxiety
-give a sense of more control
-improve self-esteem, self-worth, self-confidence
-feel included and less isolated
-address bullying 

A parent should attend with each child.  Please register each child with food allergies separately.  The registration fee covers the cost of materials, supplies and cleaning the space. This event is for children with food allergies from preschool through grade 5.
