COLLEGEVILLE, PA — A new bagel shop has opened up its doors in Collegeville.
Bootsie Bagel is located on 3801 Germantown Pike at Evansburg Village Shopping Center, by Bella Rosy Pizzeria.
A grand opening celebration was held on June 20 and the new business was even heralded with a spot on Collegeville Italian Bakery's kiosk down the road.
They serve coffee, breakfast, and lunch, with a wide variety of bagels and bagel sandwiches, cream cheese, chicken sandwiches, and more.
Hours are 6 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. They're closed on Monday.
