Trappe Fire Company's MLK Day Support Helps Cradles to Crayons Achieve Record Collection

  • Trappe Fire Company's Martin Luther King Day Drop-Off Site Helps Cradles to Crayons Achieve its Largest-Ever Collection Event -
  • Kristin Norwood and daughters Laura (at left) and Caitlin of Collegeville showed their spirit of service on Martin Luther King Day of Service by donating their no longer needed clothes, shoes and toys for Cradles to Crayons at the Trappe Fire Company drop-off site. Kristin is the company's recording secretary. The Norwood family's donation, earmarked for distribution to children, birth to age 12, living in low-income or homeless situations in the five-county southeastern Pennsylvania area, was part of the largest region-wide product collection in Cradles to Crayons (www.cradlestocrayons.org) history.
