Join Master Teacher Connie Miller for this four week series. During this series, we will meet once weekly to learn the basics of Pilates, including breathing, exercises, and proper safety/alignment. Pilates is great for strengthening the core, healing lower back pain, and feeling healthy and happy! Over this month, you will make friends, learn Pilates basics, and feel a difference in your body! Afterwards, this will turn into a weekly Pilates class in which you can drop in or purchase a membership.
