Bob Evans Shuts Down In Oaks, Its Last Store In Region
The last Bob Evans in southeastern Pennsylvania is gone.

OAKS, PA — The Bob Evans in Upper Providence Township has shut down permanently, according to former employees. The restaurant is also no longer listed on the company's official site.
The location on 100 Cresson Boulevard, just off Route 422 and Egypt Road, has been in business since 1999.
It was the final Bob Evans location in southeastern Pennsylvania, with multiple restaurants closing over the past several years.

Bob Evans has not responded to repeated Patch requests for information on why the store was shut down, or if its employees will be offered opportunities at other locations.
The nearest Bob Evans location that remains open is in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. Restaurants in both Exton in Chester County and Bensalem in Bucks County are shuttered.
