Join Collegeville Area Rotary & Foundation for Salute to Service, a special community tribute honoring veterans and active-duty members of the military.
From November 9–13, approximately 100 American flags will be proudly displayed in military-style formation at the Lower Providence Fire Department field on Ridge Pike in Eagleville. Each flag represents a veteran or active-duty service member and tells a story of service, sacrifice and dedication.
The community is especially invited to join us on Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11 at noon, for our Salute to Service Ceremony. Come together with veterans, military families, local leaders and neighbors as we recognize and thank those who have served and those who continue to serve.
Everyone is welcome, and there is no charge to attend the ceremony.
Community members can also be part of Salute to Service by dedicating a flag for $100 in honor or memory of a veteran or active-duty service member. Local businesses and organizations are invited to support the event through sponsorship opportunities.
The flags will remain on display through November 13, and we encourage the community to visit the field, walk among the flags and read the personal dedications.
Help us fill the field and create a meaningful new community tradition.
Honoring those who served, one flag at a time.
