From the Methacton School District Community Education Office... <h3 class="text-center">CO-ED VOLLEYBALL! - </h3> <h3 class="text-center">7:00-9:00pm </h3> <h3 class="text-center">Arcola Intermediate School Main Gym</h3> Ages 18+. Join us on Wednesdays starting January 18 through April 19, 2017 for a great way to meet people, stay physically active and have fun! This 12-week program runs at the Arcola Intermediate School located at 4001 Eagleville Road, Eagleville, PA 19403 in the Arcola school's main gym. $10 nightly walk in fee (pay at gym door) or join for the full 12 weeks for $110.00. (Register and pay on line at <a href="http://www.methacton.org/comed" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">www.methacton.org/comed</a> under Sports and Fitness.) Whether you are a seasoned volleyball player or just beginning, all are welcome. After a few warm up games, we will separate into two groups: one recreational and one competitive, so no matter what type of play you are looking for, you can find it here. Join us on May 21st&nbsp;for a journey through Audubon's watershed work in Pennsylvania and Maryland with our Coastal Program Manager Hen Bellman and Delaware River Watershed Program Manager Robin Irizzary.
Explore the Delaware River Watershed with Robin to delve into the importance of habitat in urban and suburban areas around issues such as stormwater management, clean drinking water, and climate resilience.
Hen will discuss our exciting <a href="https://www.audubon.org/mid-atlantic/projects/marshes-tomorrow" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Marshes for Tomorrow</a> initiative in Maryland’s salt and brackish tidal marshes, which constitute a unique environment of more than 69,000 hectacres at the interface of land and sea.
Learn about these fascinating habitats, what we are doing to protect them now and into the future, and what you can do to support us.&nbsp;Light refreshments will be available.Must be 21 years or older to be served alchohol.
