Basic Yoga

This class is highly recommended for anyone new to Yoga or new to YogaOne's Vinyasa style.  The class is also appropriate for seasoned practitioners who want a gentle class or want to refresh their understanding of yoga fundamentals.  Students will learn safe alignment in basic poses and sun salutations to build strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.  Teens 12 and up are welcome to attend this class with the adults.
