Methacton School District's Community Education department is offering program #570: CPR
Participants learn how to perform CPR and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults. They will also learn how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) on adult victims of cardiac arrest until advanced medical help arrives. Participants will participate and be evaluated in skill sessions and scenarios. A score of 80% or more on a written exam must be achieved in order to obtain certification. Course fee includes certification card, Red Cross Manual, breathing barriers, manikin wipes and gloves.
