Creative Cooking for One or Two

Eating Healthy requires time and preparation.  When you are cooking for a small number, you may think “why bother”?  Let us show you how easy it can be to eat healthy, on a budget, and feel good about what you are eating.  There are so many “grab and go” items at the grocery store we can show you how to supplement these items with foods you have at home to make a complete meal without spending a lot of time.  We will sample a few of these items and you will learn to prepare some at home, too!
