Learn fundamentals of football. We will work on positions for the Offence and Defense. Proper techniques for holding the ball, tackling, blocking and getting off the block, passing, catching, and route running will be demonstrated and practiced through various drills. Children who attend will also participate in agility drills that will enhance footwork and conditioning.
