During the month of October, the PAC-10 football league is helping to raise awareness for the fight against breast cancer. Our Warriors will be taking the field in pink jerseys on October 20, 2012, to honor and support the awareness for the fight against breast cancer.
In the spirit of Playing Passionately Pink for the Cure, the Methacton Football Parents Club will be raising money to be donated towards the fight for the cure by hosting a pink bake sale during the October 20th game, which the cheerleaders and band have joined with the football team in helping to raise money by participating in the pink bake sale.
If you have any questions concerning the Play for the Cure game, please do not hesitate to contact Sue Lowery at methacton.football@gmail.com. If you cannot attend the game, but would like contribute towards our fight, donations can be mailed to: Methacton Football Parents Club, ATTN: Play for the Cure, P.O. Box 23, Fairview Village, PA 19409. We will accept donations through the end of October.
