It’s all about Homeownership – Experts Answer Your Questions
The Montgomery County Housing Fair has 25 exhibitors and 8 workshops taught by industry professionals providing valuable tips and information that can help and maybe save you thousands of dollars. Free credit reports are available and door prizes drawings held every hour. Door prizes include cash prizes and gift cards from local stores. Admission is free.

This year’s workshop include sessions on credit scores, rent versus buy, fair housing, short sales, Sheriff sales, mortgages and homebuyer grants. Workshops are 30 – 45 minutes and will be held in two classrooms throughout the day as follows:

The Montgomery County Housing Fair is a chance for the public to learn about housing in today's market by speaking with local leaders in real estate, lending, housing counseling, and homebuyer assistance programs at exhibitor booths. Free workshops offered throughout the day address many housing issues such as how to improve your credit score, find grants, use a realtor, get a mortgage, and much more.
The event is sponsored by Montgomery County Partners for Homeownership (MCPHO), a coalition of public agencies, non-profit organizations, and local housing-related businesses and service providers united with a common goal to increase homeownership through public education.
