
Montco SAAC will be honoring some of the outstanding volunteers from their many programs on May 4, 2013 at the annual Spring Fling. This year’s theme is Passport to Paradise. And will be held at the Empress Room, 1489 DeKalb Pike Blue Bell, PA.
Local Volunteers being honored for outstanding service to Montco SAAC are John Deiley, Meals on Wheels, Mary Light, Center Volunteer, Diana Granese, and Vaughn Stubbs, Volunteers Extraordinaire.

For $60 you can get your own “Passport to Paradise.” For $110, you can get two tickets to paradise! Paradise includes a nice dinner, drinks, dancing, and fun with friends. Dinner is done by Paravotti. There will be baskets raffled and volunteers applauded.
Music will be provided by Second Vision a nine piece dance band that plays big band, golden oldies and current artists. Last year the dance floor was full all evening!

Mixed in with all the merriment is helping a good cause! Montco SAAC is an activities center encouraging health, fitness and volunteer activities for adults 50 and up. Located at 536 George Street in Norristown, SAAC has a parking lot for participants and is accessible by TransNet.
