Evaluating Roadways...Was it money well spent?

Went to Supervisor's Board Meeting last night.....The board approved spending $13,000 for an engineering firm to evaluate Lower Providence's Roadways and for them to tell us what ones are good and what ones are bad when our late Public Works Director already did this......big waste of tax-payers dollars by the board there...I could drive around and tell you what roads are crap and rank them for free if you buy the coffee
