1 In Custody After ICE Operation In Montgomery County: Reports

One person was reportedly taken into custody by ICE agents at a Montgomery County home Monday.

TROOPER, PA — ICE agents took a person into custody in Lower Providence Township Monday, according to reports.

According to Action News, the federal agents were seen in the Trooper section of the township Monday, in the area of North Barry Avenue and Ridge Pike.

An Instagram account called "montcowatch" that monitors ICE in the county posted the activity may be linked to immigration enforcement operations. The post reported "suspected ICE vehicles" and masked agents.

NBC010 later confirmed ICE agents took one person into custody at a home in that area at about 12:30 p.m.
