Fresh Foodie weighs in on Finlandia Imported Butter
Butter is good again, and I check out the fresh Finland butter - recipes below.

You may think I’m crazy but my kids think I’m a kitchen goddess! It’s hot out and we love the AC, so I always take time to bake for my family. This week, I decided to try out this recipe (found it online) for brownies (blondies). I used the best ingredients, but kept it simple. To me, the taste of the butter is important in baking, and I used imported butter, from Finland (Finlandia Imported Butter). I don’t use the mass market stuff, ever. These are really really good - and add a cold glass of milk, or if you are my age an iced coffee, and you are good to go! Enjoy.
Chunky Chocolate Finlandia Imported Butter Browned Butter Blondie’s 1/2 cup Finlandia® Imported Butter;1 cup packed brown sugar;1 large egg, beaten;1 tsp. vanilla; 1 cup all-purpose flour;1/2 tsp. baking soda; over medium-high heat, slowly. Heat until the foam from the butter starts turning a golden brown color. Immediately remove from the heat, and put into a large mixing bowl. Add your brown sugar, stir well, and add the flour, baking soda and salt. Blend well and add in your chocolate chunks or chips. Spread into an 8 x 8 inch pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and set. Cool before slicing. Makes 16 squares.
